Gauri Shringarpure
Gauri Shringarpure (she/her) is the Chief Program Officer – Mental Health at Mann, and a DEI trainer, positive-psychology & strengths coach, and mental-health practitioner with extensive experience across corporate, nonprofit and community ecosystems. With 14+ years of clinical practice and over 25 years of consumer-behaviour research, she brings an evidence-based, strengths-focused and DEI-informed lens to all her work.
Gauri designs and delivers inclusive leadership programmes, strengths-powered team interventions and queer-affirmative mental-health capacity building. Her approach integrates applied behavioural research, positive-psychology tools and measurement frameworks to drive measurable improvements in psychological safety, engagement and talent outcomes.
At Mann, she leads the organisation’s mental-health vertical—developing accessible interventions for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism, strengthening caregiver and educator capacity, and embedding inclusive clinical protocols across services.
In her independent portfolio practice, Gauri works with corporates, NGOs and funders to offer corporate training, advisory and consulting, and individual or team strengths coaching. Her focus areas include DEI strategy and diagnostics, behaviour-design interventions for wellbeing and inclusion, and coaching that activates VIA character strengths and future-best-self practices.
Grounded in queer-affirmative practice and informed by consumer insights, Gauri’s work consistently centres dignity, accessibility and inclusion—enabling leaders, teams and organisations to build cultures where people can thrive.
